Established in 1991, the principal of the practice, Stephen Radley, has been a Chartered, formerly Corporate, Member of the RIBA since 1979.

He has a range of experience extending through all types of domestic projects, from modest extensions to complete new houses, and apartment buildings, and including works to veterinary surgeries, primary schools, and church halls.

Originally based in Loughton, Essex, the practice relocated to its present address at the end of 2005. The office is in Hainault, on the north east border of Greater London, with easy access to the M11 and M25 motorways, and the Central Line underground into London.

Since May 2013, the practice has been affiliated with Epping Forest District Council under the LABC Partner Authority Scheme.
